DARLINGHURST HOUSE

POWDERROOM_edited.jpg

The Darlinghurst Residence is a study in cinematic luxury and moody modernism. By layering a rich palette of oxblood and deep chocolate tones with high-gloss timber and dramatic, honey-veined marbles, the space achieves a sophisticated tension between warmth and drama. Iconic mid-century silhouettes, such as the George Nelson Bubble Lamps and Mr  Mies van der Rohe Mr Chairs, anchor the dining area, while the kitchen serves as a sculptural centerpiece with its figured stone and polished surfaces. Every detail—from the glowing grid ceiling in the "jewel-box" powder room to the floor-to-ceiling windows framing the lush urban greenery—was curated to create an intimate, sanctuary-like atmosphere that feels both timeless and distinctly contemporary.
